my field work covered a small municipality in the

mountains of north cotabato, philippines.

verdant fields of corn dot the landscape, and the people of this town are simple and lives in peace.

there is so much to learn from them, and,in this case, of every simple town in the hinterlands of the country.

this is what inspires me, this is what completes me as a researcher.
